About Michael Gilliland:
 Michael has worked in consumer products forecasting for over fifteen years. He has published in Supply Chain Management Review, Journal of Business Forecasting, Foresight: The International Journal of Applied Forecasting, APICS Magazine, and Inventory Reduction Report. Mike holds a BA in Philosophy from Michigan State University, and Master's degrees in Philosophy and Mathematical Sciences from Johns Hopkins University.
About Kevin Croteau

Kevin is the process owner of the demand planning department, developing improvement and identifying standards to support the new monthly forecasting process. New Process focuses on baseline Statistical Forecast, Assumptions Management, and Root Cause Analysis leading to an increase of 5-10 point increase in forecast accuracy. He obtained his MBA in Operations & Finance from the University of Connecticut.
